Produkteinführung
The refrigerated cleanroom pass box places a compact cooling system above a double-wall stainless transfer chamber. An internal fan moves conditioned air around the load, while the insulated enclosure and gasketed doors limit heat gain from the adjoining rooms. A temperature sensor and controller operate the refrigeration cycle, and a separate drain route carries evaporator condensate away from the wall opening.

Selection and Installation
Select the cooling configuration using the material's required temperature band, incoming temperature, package size, load mass and transfer frequency. Bring compatible materials to the intended condition before loading: this pass box is a short-transfer station, not a long-term refrigerator or a rapid pull-down freezer. Chamber-air readings do not replace the handling requirements for the material inside its packaging.
Allow ventilation and service clearance around the refrigeration module, provide a suitable condensate route, and support the insulated cabinet independently of a light wall panel. Leave space around racks and containers for the circulation path.
