Produkteinführung

The cleanroom central alarm system receives dry contacts, analog alarm states and network events from environmental instruments and supporting equipment. A color touchscreen and physical audible-visual devices distinguish critical alarms from warnings and maintenance notices. First-out sequencing identifies the initiating event before secondary conditions appear, while acknowledgement, silence and reset remain separate operator actions. Local alarm panels can be distributed by suite and connected to a central workstation without replacing the independent alarm functions at each room.

Key Features

First-out chronology highlights the event that initiated a chain of related alarms.

Distinct colors and sound patterns separate critical, warning and advisory priorities.

Zone maps direct responders to the affected room, airlock, utility or equipment item.

Isolated relay and network outputs route selected alarms to BMS, EMS or remote dialers.

Lösungen für Ihre Anwendung

A central alarm system must make the first actionable condition obvious without suppressing local room-level warnings.

Many alarms appear together and operators cannot identify the initiating fault.First-out sequencing and synchronized timestamps preserve the original event order.

All events use the same buzzer and receive the same response.Priority-specific colors, sounds and routing distinguish urgent excursions from maintenance notices.

Responders know an alarm exists but not where it originated.Room and equipment maps connect each alarm point to a clear physical location.

Silencing a horn is confused with clearing the alarm condition.Separate acknowledge, silence and reset functions preserve alarm state until the input returns normal.
