Threshold-free cart route
The open base removes a cabinet floor that would otherwise require a ramp or cart lift.
This standard floor-standing pass box uses a rigid double-wall type 304 stainless body around an open transfer path with no integrated floor. Carts and large parts can roll directly through, while compression-latched doors, closed-cell gaskets, door sweeps and an optional mechanical interlock help preserve the room boundary. It is the simplest member of the three-model floor-standing group because it adds neither active HEPA recirculation nor a fully welded aseptic body.

For carts, large components and production equipment entering industrial, electronics or general manufacturing cleanrooms where active chamber filtration is unnecessary. Buyers should measure the entire cart, including handles and caster swing, and coordinate the finished floor on both sides for a truly unobstructed route.
Specify clear opening, cabinet depth, wall mounting frame, door windows and mechanical interlock. Confirm floor flatness, door swing, cart turning radius and whether passive transfer is sufficient for the product risk.
