Filtered cart transfer
Active recirculation helps control airborne particles around wheeled loads during the closed-door interval.
This filtered floor-standing model retains the threshold-free cart path but adds a motorized HEPA unit inside the cabinet. Air recirculates at 375 CFM through perforations in the inner side panels and a 99.99% HEPA stage. It serves larger parts and wheeled loads that need more protection than the passive standard cabinet, while remaining distinct from a high-velocity cargo air shower.
Active recirculation helps control airborne particles around wheeled loads during the closed-door interval.
Perforated inner panels provide distributed return openings without adding a raised transfer floor.
The listed 0.83 A motorized filter package can be planned as a discrete cleanroom utility load.

For carts, large component kits and production fixtures entering cleanrooms where the transfer enclosure should actively recirculate filtered air. Confirm that 375 CFM is appropriate for the selected chamber size and load blockage, and preserve service clearance for fan and filter replacement.
Define chamber dimensions, control sequence, interlock, door windows and mounting frames. Plan filter access, replacement route, alarm contacts and the closed-door recirculation interval as part of the operating procedure.
