This filtered floor-standing model retains the threshold-free cart path but adds a motorized HEPA unit inside the cabinet. Air recirculates at 375 CFM through perforations in the inner side panels and a 99.99% HEPA stage. It serves larger parts and wheeled loads that need more protection than the passive standard cabinet, while remaining distinct from a high-velocity cargo air shower.

Solutions for Your Application

Passive cart transfer allows loose airborne particles to remain around the load before the clean-side door opens.Use the internal HEPA recirculation unit during a controlled closed-door dwell period to reduce the particle burden in the chamber air.

A filtered chamber may become ineffective when carts block the side returns.Size the clear width around the largest cart so both perforated return panels remain open and accessible for cleaning.
