NOVOLAC-08 uses a conductive novolac epoxy wearing coat over a conductive primer and prepared epoxy-primed base. The complete construction is approximately 0.6-0.8 mm, distinct from the thickness of the individual wearing coat. Novolac chemistry provides the chemical-resistance basis, while the grounding and footwear arrangement provides the static-control system. It is a smooth coating rather than a thick chemical-resistant broadcast floor.

Appropriate for chemical-handling electronics rooms and pharmaceutical process support areas. Chemical identity, concentration and contact duration matter when selecting the resin package. The floor and ESD footwear should be considered together instead of treating a resistance value as a complete protection system.

Specify the conductive formulation and primer explicitly; the resin name alone does not establish static-control behaviour.
Choose colour, compatible cove and earthing configuration. Maintain the smooth unbroadcast architecture and discuss the actual chemical exposure so surface selection remains specific to the room.
