A coordinated range of polished 316L weld-end and clamp-end elbows, tees, reducers, ferrules and closures for hygienic piping assemblies.
- Matched hygienic dimensions
- Weld and clamp connection choices
- Polished 316L construction
مقدمة المنتج
Sanitary Pipe Fittings change direction, create branches, transition tube sizes and provide removable service connections without compromising the hygienic flow path. Controlled outside diameters, tangent lengths and surface grades support alignment with matching sanitary tube, while weld-end and clamp-end formats allow permanent spools and accessible breakpoints to be planned separately.
الخصائص الرئيسية
Elbows, tees, reducers and crosses
Concentric and eccentric transitions
Square weld-end preparation
Hygienic clamp ferrules and caps
Mechanical-polish and electropolish choices
Matched dimensional series
Compatible hygienic gasket options
حلول للتطبيق الخاص بك
Fittings must preserve smooth internal transitions and fit-up accuracy while providing the direction, branching and service access required by the installed route.
Mixed fitting standards create step changes at jointsSelect one compatible tube dimension series and match every weld end and ferrule to it.
Reducers retain liquid in drainable linesChoose concentric or eccentric geometry according to installed orientation and drainage direction.
Clamp joints are overused in inaccessible locationsReserve removable unions for service breakpoints and use welded fittings elsewhere.
Seal materials deteriorate in cleaning cyclesMatch gasket polymer to temperature, chemistry and SIP exposure before finalizing the union.
