The 48 x 24 x 72 in cabinet doubles the nominal width of the compact model and provides a 47.5 x 24 x 38.75 in storage area. ULPA-filtered laminar airflow protects larger semiconductor devices, medical components and wide trays awaiting use. The broad shelf span needs disciplined loading so items do not block circulation.
