About This Product
The coated-inlaid configuration uses a 1 mm filler-free wearing layer within a 2 mm heterogeneous sheet. Its inlaid appearance belongs to the wearing material, while a fibre grid and compact backing form the support beneath it. The construction is selected for installations that need workable coving, welded joints and a matte surface in a thin floor assembly.

The filler-free wear section supports cutting and forming around cove details, helping installers achieve a cleanable transition at room perimeters and fixed upstands.
Compact support for movement
A non-cushioned backing provides a firm floor under trolley routes. Adhesive coverage and a smooth substrate remain essential beneath the entire sheet, particularly near joints.

Applications
Suitable for clean laboratories and controlled industrial interiors using compact non-ESD sheet flooring. Plan the joins and coved edges around cleaning access, rather than selecting an inlaid pattern alone. The floor should be combined with compatible adhesives and seal details appropriate to the actual substrate and room cleaning routine.

Sheet material is difficult to form at closely spaced wall corners.
Use the workable inlaid construction with a planned cove layout and purpose-made corner detailing rather than forcing unsupported folds.
A firm floor still develops uneven joints after installation.
Correct substrate defects and achieve full adhesive contact before welding; reinforcement cannot compensate for gaps beneath the sheet.
