Powder-coated faces enclose the sandwich construction, and the 50 mm leaves accommodate flush double-glazed vision panels. Stainless fittings serve the main operating points. Both blades can open for material movement; automatic lower seals meet the floor when closed without placing a permanent raised threshold across the transport path.
