The 550 x 486 x 550 mm model balances handling capacity with a moderate wall opening. Its polished double-skin stainless construction withstands common cleanroom cleaning solutions, and the opposed doors can use a mechanical interlock or optional electromagnetic control. Compared with the 400 mm hatch, the additional depth supports trays without moving to the bulky 700 mm format.
