The 1000 mm model provides the family's largest published cubic chamber, measuring 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm internally and 1600 x 1060 x 2200 mm externally. Its 316 stainless work zone and H14 filtration support an ISO 5 chamber environment for thermolabile production loads. The larger volume increases load flexibility but also makes distribution, conditioning and aeration studies more important than with the smaller models.

For large production tools, container sets and grouped aseptic supplies entering pharmaceutical and biotechnology processing suites. The chamber should be loaded with defined circulation paths; filling the cube to its dimensional limit can prevent uniform vapor contact and delay aeration.
Configure loading racks, VHP generator connection, concentration sensors, cycle data capture, door handing and emergency aeration. Final treatment capacity is governed by validated load mass and geometry, not chamber volume alone.
