This heavy-duty lock combines a magnetic latching function with a larger stainless deadbolt. The capture action helps hold the leaf in its closed position so that the bolt can enter the strike. Door and bolt monitoring then provide separate status information to the controller. The assembly is intended for installations where leaf movement at closure makes a conventional electric bolt less convenient, while retaining a compact electromechanical lock format.
