böcek ışık tuzağı
A wall-mounted stainless UV-A insect monitor that attracts flying insects to a concealed, replaceable adhesive capture board without an exposed high-voltage grid.
- Shielded UV-A Lamps
- Adhesive Capture Board
- Stainless Housing
- Tool-Free Service Panel
Ürün tanıtımı
The insect light trap uses shielded UV-A lamps behind a louvred stainless front to attract flying insects in food handling and clean support areas. Insects are retained on a removable adhesive board rather than fragmented by an electric grid. A hinged service cover gives staff direct access to the lamps and board while the enclosed housing helps keep captured material out of view from normal working angles.
Ana Özellikler
A full-width adhesive board retains insects intact for cleaner disposal and routine monitoring.
The hinged front opens without removing the wall-mounted backplate from service.
Smooth stainless exterior surfaces tolerate frequent wipe-down in hygiene-sensitive areas.
Uygulamanız için çözümler
Flying-insect monitoring must be effective without scattering fragments or creating difficult-to-clean electrical hardware near exposed processes.
Electric-grid units can fragment insects near sensitive products.A concealed adhesive board captures insects intact without an exposed killing grid.
Unshielded lamps remain visible from food preparation lines.Angled stainless louvres direct UV-A output while screening the capture compartment.
Board and lamp changes can interrupt sanitation routines.A front-hinged service panel provides direct access while the backplate stays installed.
Painted or plastic housings can become damaged by repeated cleaning.A brushed stainless housing provides a smooth durable external surface.
