Can the equipment be selected from floor area alone?

Floor area is only a starting point. Process heat, moisture, outdoor-air quantity, room targets and airflow requirements are needed to define meaningful equipment duties.

When should I consider a desiccant dehumidifier?

Consider it when the process needs moisture control that is difficult to achieve with cooling alone, particularly lower-dew-point applications. Selection requires the target condition and incoming moisture load.

Can you quote supporting equipment with an AHU?

Yes. Include the required cooling, heating, pumping and humidity-control duties in your request. The final equipment combination should remain consistent with the facility designer's air and utility calculations.
