Built for five-sixths-width filter banks, this 592 x 490 x 300 mm molecular cartridge raises documented airflow to 2800 m3/h without increasing the 80 Pa clean resistance used across the size family. Pleated adsorbent media in a molded frame gives more working face area than the 287 mm version while avoiding the width of a 592 mm square cell. Selection begins with the gases present; particle efficiency, useful adsorbent life and downstream HEPA protection remain separate engineering decisions.

Designed for medium-width make-up-air or recirculation sections in semiconductor support areas, medical buildings and pollution-exposed clean processes. Install upstream particulate filtration when dust could mask the adsorbent surface, and determine media life from the site gas profile.
Confirm carbon grade, challenge gases, expected concentration, rack orientation, access side, gasket position, upstream prefilter and sampling or monitoring method.
