Fluid perimeter seal
The housing knife edge enters the continuous gel trough to form the air seal around the filter.
This approximately 610 mm square terminal panel uses H14 microglass mini-pleat media in an anodized aluminum frame. An integral low-outgassing gel channel receives the knife edge of a compatible room-side housing, creating a fluid perimeter seal without gasket compression. The format is intended for aseptic processing ceilings where filters must be changed and resealed from the cleanroom side.

The interface supports terminal systems designed for access from within the clean space.
Anodized framing and low-outgassing gel suit controlled ceiling applications when compatible with the process.

Designed for aseptic filling rooms, biotechnology cleanrooms and other critical ceilings built around knife-edge terminal housings. The replacement procedure must protect the gel trough from debris, tearing and incompatible cleaning chemicals.
Confirm gel chemistry, trough location, face dimensions, faceguard and knife-edge geometry of the terminal housing.
