Introducción del producto

This approximately 610 mm square terminal panel uses H14 microglass mini-pleat media in an anodized aluminum frame. An integral low-outgassing gel channel receives the knife edge of a compatible room-side housing, creating a fluid perimeter seal without gasket compression. The format is intended for aseptic processing ceilings where filters must be changed and resealed from the cleanroom side.

Applications

Designed for aseptic filling rooms, biotechnology cleanrooms and other critical ceilings built around knife-edge terminal housings. The replacement procedure must protect the gel trough from debris, tearing and incompatible cleaning chemicals.

A compression gasket is difficult to reseal consistently during room-side replacement.The integral gel trough mates with the housing knife edge to create a continuous fluid seal.
