Corrosion-resistant pressure boundary
Welded stainless construction suits washdown, humid and chemically demanding exhaust better than coated carbon steel.
This safe-change housing uses 11- or 14-gauge 304 or 316 stainless steel around a gasket-seal HEPA or molecular filter. The stronger corrosion resistance and published pressure capability of up to plus or minus 15 in. w.g. distinguish it from the painted-steel version. Horizontal and vertical arrangements are possible, but the selected door, bagging ring and clamping mechanism must remain accessible in the installed orientation.
Welded stainless construction suits washdown, humid and chemically demanding exhaust better than coated carbon steel.
The clamping frame can be configured for particulate HEPA or molecular filter stages with the required gasket position.
Cabinet sections can be arranged for horizontal, upflow or downflow service when access is coordinated.
