Backdraft Damper Vertical-Mount Intake

A gravity-operated intake damper for vertical wall or duct openings.

The intake flange establishes a clear mounting side.
Light blades provide passive operation for normal ventilation duty.

The intake-side flange seats against the entering-air side of the opening. Horizontal airflow lifts the aluminum blades away from their stops; the vertical installation lets them settle closed when forward flow is lost.
