The 24 x 36 in high-airflow FFU supplies from 160 to 650 CFM through a 600 x 905 mm cabinet. At the 90 FPM reference point, it provides 470 CFM with a cited 47 dBA sound level. Its 364 mm depth and 52 lb weight make it a lighter, shorter alternative to the 24 x 48 in model while still extending supply coverage along one axis.

Applications

Designed for medium cleanroom bays, equipment canopies and assembly zones that need more filtered-air coverage than a 2 x 2 ft module. The 905 mm axis can follow the process direction while avoiding the support demands of a full 1200 mm housing.

Solutions for Your Application

A compact square unit cannot cover the full width of a medium tool.Align the three-foot side with the longer process dimension and balance the ECM for the required outlet velocity.

A 2 x 4 ft module would add unnecessary weight and ceiling span.Use the 52 lb 2 x 3 ft configuration where 650 CFM is sufficient for the verified room duty.
