Continuous molding removes four butt joints that can open under uneven clamp pressure.
This cellular polyurethane gasket is poured directly onto the filter frame as one continuous perimeter. Removing cut-and-joined corners eliminates common splice gaps and gives the housing clamps a consistent foam section to compress. The gasket can be located upstream, downstream or on both faces for standard cleanroom service, provided the housing travel is matched to its thickness and recovery characteristics.
