Bulk-load access
Floor mounting removes the need to lift large bins to a wall-level sill.
This 30 x 48 x 50 in chamber changes the transfer method from lifted trays to floor-level bulk loading. Self-contained ULPA recirculation supports particle recovery around large containers, and 304 or 316L stainless surfaces suit controlled cleaning. Its size, door sweep and potential payload demand structural planning beyond that of a wall-hung pass box.
Floor mounting removes the need to lift large bins to a wall-level sill.
A 50 in internal height accepts grouped containers and production tooling.
Active ULPA recirculation cleans chamber air between door operations.

For large aseptic production loads, grouped material bins and cleanroom tooling that cannot be lifted through a bench-height chamber. Confirm floor level, threshold design, payload mass and turning space on both sides.
Specify floor reinforcement, low-profile threshold, door dimensions, 304 or 316L steel and interlock controls. Payload, trolley wheel load and cleaning method should be frozen together.
