Introducción del producto

The mobile fan filter unit places its filter pack and fan assembly in an upright cabinet with a tall perforated discharge panel. Side handles and a caster base allow the cabinet to be relocated without lifting it onto a new support frame. The lower compartment keeps service components within the same enclosure. Unlike a small room purifier intended primarily for general air mixing, this format is selected around the position and direction of filtered air delivered to a nearby operation.

Características clave

The air source can be reassigned when the production layout changes.

Wheel locks provide a parked configuration distinct from the transport position.

Recessed handles provide handling points away from the outlet surface.

The integrated cabinet carries the fan and filter together rather than as separate loose modules.

Soluciones para su aplicación

Relocating a filtered-air source requires attention to access, power and the new operating position.

Short production runs alternate between several assembly stations.Move the cabinet to the active station and establish the required outlet position before opening sensitive components.
A wheeled unit fits the workstation but not the doorway on the way there.Choose the overall envelope using the narrowest opening and turning space along the complete route.
A power lead becomes an obstacle after the cabinet is repositioned.Plan accessible sockets and a protected cable route for each intended working position.
A suitable airflow setting at one site performs differently at another.Recheck the work-area airflow after relocation, including nearby doors, people and exhaust equipment.

Select the arrangement for the supplied cabinet. Motor technology, battery equipment, height adjustment and monitoring instruments are not implied by the caster-mounted format.

Selection and Installation

Check the complete movement route

Measure doors, lift openings, turning space and the approach to each workstation. Include thresholds, sloping floors, cable routes and the storage position when defining the trolley footprint. The cabinet should be moved using its intended handles, not by pulling the outlet guard or filter frame.

Select the power arrangement deliberately

A mobile base does not imply cordless operation. Match the electrical supply and plug to the intended sites and provide a cable route outside travel lanes. If uninterrupted operation while moving is required, specify the duty duration, charger, battery and changeover arrangement as a separate electrical configuration; the word mobile alone does not establish any battery capability or runtime.

Establish a working position after relocation

Lock the casters on a suitable level surface, leave intake space around the cabinet and align the outlet with the exposed operation. Verify delivered airflow after positioning rather than assuming every location has the same room currents. An open supply cabinet is for product-oriented air delivery, not biological containment, hazardous-powder capture or guaranteed aseptic processing.

Make the operating data comparable

Specify airflow at the required discharge setting and filter condition, available static pressure, electrical input, noise measurement position and the filter-replacement route. Keep any pressure indication distinct from a direct airflow measurement. If the unit will remain at one station, a floor-standing fan filter unit may avoid unnecessary mobile-handling provisions.
