The V-arranged media area supports 2000 cfm in a standard full-size footprint, reducing the bank face area needed for a given flow.
This Size-8 configuration arranges qualified mini-pleat panels in a V-form to deliver 2000 cfm through a nominal 24 x 24 x 11.5 inch stainless enclosure. It is intended for high-flow retrofits or new banks that need greater capacity per opening, with a published comparable clean resistance near 1.3 in. w.g. The fan, rack strength and upstream flow distribution must all be checked for the higher duty.

Designed for higher-capacity nuclear power, DOE or defense ventilation trains where a Size-8 cell and 2000 cfm operating point are accepted by the system design. Existing fans and housings should be reviewed for resistance, loading and clamp or gel compatibility before retrofit.
