The gel-seal hydrophobic model combines a full-module ePTFE pack with a continuous gel channel in the aluminum frame. It is intended for humid cleanroom terminals where a housing knife edge enters the replaceable filter's gel from above. This fluid interface differentiates it from the dry-gasket 610 x 610 mm version and requires inspection of both gel condition and knife-edge cleanliness.

Applications

Used in high-humidity pharmaceutical and biotechnology ceilings that combine sanitation exposure with room-side filter replacement. It is appropriate only where the terminal has a mating knife edge positioned for the filter-mounted gel channel.
