The floor-standing cleanroom pass box brings a larger transfer opening down to a practical loading level. Its cabinet is supported from the floor at the partition rather than relying only on a wall opening. A stainless-steel interior and opposing access doors form the enclosure for bins, equipment and suitable wheeled carriers. The threshold and internal handling surface are selected together, because a cart route and a container-conveyor route have different requirements.

The basic reference arrangement is a stainless-steel floor-supported cabinet with interlocked doors and a solid transfer deck. Optional choices include low-profile access ramps, a roller conveyor for suitable flat-bottomed containers, electronic door control, 316 stainless steel and an active HEPA-filtered air circuit. A conveyor surface and a trolley wheel path are separate configurations, not interchangeable upgrades.
Selection and Installation
Size the passage around the loaded cart, including handles, projecting containers and the operator's approach. Check the smallest clear width and height along the complete route, not just the chamber dimensions. Both doors need enough space to open without obstructing adjacent traffic.
Choose a continuous wheel path with a suitable sill or ramp for cart transfer. A roller conveyor is a different handling surface: it supports compatible containers directly and is not a substitute for a deck that carries trolley wheels. Record the loaded mass, wheel arrangement and contact loads before selecting the base and floor deck; no load rating is assumed here.
