Corrosion-resistant material set
Stainless frame and screens are preferred where wash chemistry or airborne contaminants attack galvanized surfaces.
Both the frame and filter medium of this 50 mm panel are stainless steel, separating it from the galvanized general-duty model. It operates across the documented 450–550 fpm range, tolerates up to 100% relative humidity and can support temperatures as high as 538 °C when the complete selected construction is suitable. The filter is intended for harsh utility air, hot process support and frequent wash service.
Stainless frame and screens are preferred where wash chemistry or airborne contaminants attack galvanized surfaces.
The all-metal assembly avoids synthetic media limits in compatible hot-air applications.
Durable screen layers tolerate regular washing when the method matches the selected stainless grade.

Specified for hot-process ventilation, corrosive utility areas and clean manufacturing support systems that wash filters frequently. Material grade, gasket and mounting components must be selected for the actual temperature and chemical exposure rather than relying on the mesh alone.
Select stainless grade, face dimensions, support screens, handles and any temperature-compatible perimeter seal.
