Product Introduction

The 50 mm version uses a deeper crimped aluminum mesh pack than the one-inch panel, increasing the available dirt-contact surface while preserving all-aluminum construction. It is washable, can be recoated and is intended for 300–600 fpm operation at temperatures up to 149 °C. This depth is a balanced choice for general permanent-filter tracks in cleanroom support AHUs.

Used in humid industrial air handlers, cleanroom support ventilation, make-up-air intakes and washable equipment filters. It offers more reusable media depth than a 25 mm panel while remaining manageable for routine removal and cleaning.
