Product Introduction

This large model provides a 700 x 700 x 700 mm usable chamber inside an 860 x 770 x 780 mm outer enclosure. It uses one 30 W UV lamp, electronic door interlocking and a 304 stainless work zone. Because the chamber is static and has no HEPA air circuit, it is appropriate when the transfer plan calls for closed-door UV-C exposure rather than removal of airborne or loose particulate contamination.

Applications

For larger material containers and grouped packages moving into controlled pharmaceutical, laboratory or assembly areas. The 700 mm capacity should not be used as permission to densely fill the chamber; direct lamp exposure and approved spacing remain necessary.

Solutions for Your Application

Bulky containers cannot pass through the smaller UV chamber without repacking.Select the 700 mm model and verify the loaded outer dimensions before fixing the wall opening.

A densely packed large chamber leaves critical faces outside direct UV line of sight.Use a documented loading fixture or spacing rule that prevents packages from shielding the required surfaces.

Available Options

Specify shelf or rack hardware, door handing, timer, lamp-health indication and chamber finish. Treatment time and acceptable load geometry must be established by process validation.
