Product Introduction

The 600 mm model expands useful chamber volume to 600 x 600 x 600 mm while retaining the single 30 W UV lamp and static operating principle. Its 760 x 670 x 680 mm external envelope suits medium cleanroom transfer openings. The 304 stainless interior and electronic interlock support controlled loading and timed exposure without the filter changes associated with an air-purged pass box.

Applications

For routine material movement between laboratory, pharmaceutical support and controlled production rooms where medium totes require a timed UV-C step. Establish the maximum load height and spacing so the lamp has a direct path to the surfaces identified in the procedure.

Solutions for Your Application

The 500 mm model cannot accept the facility's standard component tote.Use the 600 mm cube after checking handle, lid and gloved-hand clearance around the loaded container.

A larger load creates more self-shadowing during UV exposure.Limit stacking and use a validated orientation that exposes the required package faces to the lamp.

Available Options

Choose shelf configuration, door direction, lamp-status alarm, timer range and viewing-panel design. Confirm UV compatibility for plastics, labels and seals included in the transfer load.
