Product Introduction

A rectangular side inlet distinguishes this terminal from the conventional top-entry design. The duct can approach horizontally through a shallow ceiling plenum, leaving the upper surface free where beams or utilities block a vertical collar. The fully welded box accepts PU gasket or gel-seal filters from the room side and uses tool-free clamping to simplify service without disturbing the side connection.

Key Features

Shallow-plenum routing

Horizontal duct entry avoids the vertical stack height required by a top collar and elbow.

Accessible seal interface

Room-side filter loading allows the perimeter gasket or gel trough to be inspected from below.

Fast clamp operation

Tool-free retainers shorten routine filter removal while maintaining the selected seal engagement.

Applications

For cleanrooms, isolation rooms and controlled laboratories with low interstitial height, congested vertical routes or offset branch ducts.

Solutions for Your Application

Side entry produces uneven velocity across the terminal filter.Size the inlet and internal plenum for distribution at the design airflow and avoid abrupt high-velocity connections.
The side duct prevents removal of nearby ceiling panels needed for service.Coordinate the inlet direction, support points and room-side access zone before the ceiling grid is fixed.

Available Options

Confirm inlet side and dimensions, filter seal, housing finish, diffuser, damper, test ports, ceiling grid and room-side clamp arrangement.
