Product Introduction

This 452 mm cartridge doubles the documented 16-cylinder system airflow of the compact version while retaining a manageable service length. Its H2S and mercaptan-target adsorbent is suitable for moderate industrial sulfur loads, and the 135 Pa initial resistance provides a defined fan-selection point. The longer bed offers more treatment capacity than the 240 mm model without requiring the maximum-depth cabinet used by the 595 mm cylinder.

Solutions for Your Application

The molecular stage is sized only by airflow and overlooks the actual sulfur mass load.Select media quantity from concentration, humidity, temperature and required life, then use 2500 m3/h only as the hydraulic basis.
Uneven flow exhausts some cartridges before the rest of the bank.Provide an upstream diffuser and inspect sealing so each cylinder receives a comparable share of the airflow.
