Product Introduction

The 600 × 900 mm format adds filter-face area along one axis while remaining easier to coordinate than a full 1200 mm module. Its elongated plenum spreads supply air across a medium process zone, and the variable-speed fan can be adjusted around the resistance of the selected H13 filter and ceiling system. Long-side supports and service clearance must be considered when the module is positioned between other ceiling utilities.

The 900 mm length bridges the gap between a compact square FFU and a full-length 1200 mm ceiling module.

Long-side mounting support

Additional fixing positions along the long edges help distribute the module load to a suitable ceiling frame.

Service-oriented plenum

The upper fan compartment is arranged for inspection from the ceiling void while the final filter remains aligned with the room-side outlet.

Applications

Designed for medium cleanroom bays, component-assembly enclosures and inspection lines where the process extends farther in one direction. It can reduce gaps between square modules, but the installed airflow pattern still requires confirmation around equipment, operators and return openings.

Solutions for Your Application

A 600 mm square supply leaves the ends of the work zone outside the main airflow footprint.Align the 900 mm axis with the process length and verify outlet coverage with the final equipment layout in place.

The longer housing may deflect an inadequately supported ceiling rail.Provide continuous support or approved fixing points along the long sides rather than carrying the module from two corners.

Available Options

Confirm the long-axis orientation, ceiling support, voltage, fan control and filter seal. Housing material and service direction can be coordinated around the ceiling void and cleaning method.
