Existing staff credentials should remain usable.

The reader packages a low-frequency proximity interface inside a slim, potted housing. Its wired connection carries credential data to an external access controller, while an LED and beeper provide local feedback. The elongated shape is designed for a narrow mounting surface at the door. This configuration is intended for existing 125 kHz credential systems and differs from high-frequency smart-card or dual-radio mobile readers in both electronics and housing proportions.
