Will the corridor side retain a recess after the clean side is made flush?
The bi-flush frame and blade arrangement aligns both faces rather than only one.
The frame and single sandwich leaf are arranged to present flush surfaces on both sides of the partition. Metal faces enclose a bonded aluminum-honeycomb or rock-wool core, while the hardware is integrated with the cleanroom door detail. This construction removes the side-specific recess found in a one-side-flush door. It is intended for openings between controlled rooms where both approaches benefit from an aligned blade and surrounding wall plane.
