Product Introduction

The 3 ft width is the smallest standard enclosure in this dry de-dusting family. Filtered vertical downflow sweeps released powder toward inward side suction, while G4 prefiltration protects the H14 final stage. SS304 surfaces support routine cleaning, but the narrow work zone is intended for a single wearer without an assistant or bulky transfer load.

For small pharmaceutical powder rooms, food-ingredient areas and chemical gown exits with low personnel traffic. Confirm the dust hazard, exposure limit and disposal method before deciding whether recirculating filtration is appropriate.

Solutions for Your Application

The exit has too little width for a larger assisted-cleaning booth.Use the 3 ft enclosure for one-person cycles and keep all turning and doffing outside the booth.

Coarse powder could shorten the expensive H14 filter life.Inspect and wash the G4 prefilter on a loading-based schedule before pressure loss becomes excessive.

Available Options

Choose analog or digital controls, filter indication, lighting and compliant dust collection details. Wider 4 ft or 6 ft models are preferable for bulky garments or assisted cleaning.
