Movement-accommodating resin
The polyurethane body can accommodate minor substrate movement more readily than a rigid epoxy, while structural joints remain separately detailed.
TE20 uses a self-smoothing polyurethane body over a compatible primer. Fine quartz filler is incorporated into the approximately 2 mm construction, creating a smooth floor with limited elastic movement accommodation. This is a bonded resin body without the separate rubber pad used in acoustic comfort systems. The model suits internal areas where some resilience is useful but a thick cushioned assembly is unnecessary.

A smooth face limits deep texture valleys, helping cleaning tools make consistent contact across laboratory and personnel routes.
The bonded layer offers a different underfoot response without consuming the height of a pad-supported floor.

Suitable for clean personnel routes, laboratory support rooms and life-science work areas where modest resilience and straightforward cleaning are valued. Concentrated equipment feet and aggressive wheel turning need attention when choosing load distribution and local protection.
Select the tough-elastic polyurethane body and retain proper movement-joint details.
Use the bonded 2 mm construction without adding a separate acoustic pad.
Choose colour and a compatible top seal when additional colour stability is needed. Keep the selected base and finish chemistry coordinated so the surface remains appropriate for the cleaning and exposure conditions.
