Product Introduction

This 508 x 610 x 91 mm frame retains the standard 91 mm depth but reduces the clear filter face to suit a 490 x 592 mm element. It is useful in retrofit walls designed around intermediate module widths or where a full 610 mm cell would exceed the available casing. The same snap-tab retention, gasket choice and galvanized or stainless construction allow it to combine with other frame widths in one sealed bank.

An intermediate frame is mixed into a bank without preserving aligned sealing flanges.Use a common datum and support rail so all 91 mm-deep frames share one flat gasket plane.

Replacement staff install a 592 mm-wide full module in the narrower cell.Label the 490 x 592 mm position clearly and maintain separate spare-filter identification.
