Product Introduction

This wet-laid glass-microfiber grade extends the material family into U15 ULPA performance. Its high uniformity supports precision pleating and low local penetration, but the denser structure requires careful media-area and resistance design compared with H13 and H14 sheets. The roll media is only one part of the final performance; pack assembly, sealant and frame integrity must be validated on the complete U15 element.

Key Features

ULPA-grade fiber network

The dense microfiber structure targets the lower penetration required for U15 classification.

Controlled sheet uniformity

Consistent formation reduces weak spots before the media enters precision pleating.

Glass-media compatibility

The sheet supports established sealants and frames where microglass is acceptable to the process.

Applications

For microelectronics, precision clean environments and ultra-clean terminal panels where U15 performance and glass-fiber media are compatible with the process.

Solutions for Your Application

U15 microglass creates excessive resistance in a shallow terminal pack.Increase pleated media area, reduce face velocity or use a deeper pack while preserving acceptable pleat spacing.
Brittle sheet damage occurs during high-density pleating.Control roll tension, fold radius and spacer application, then scan the completed filter for local leaks.

Available Options

Confirm media grade, roll dimensions, pack depth, pleat pitch, separator system, resistance target, frame and individual test protocol.
