About This Product

The high-traffic configuration uses Type I homogeneous vinyl in a 2 mm compact sheet. It prioritizes an enduring wear body and a surface that can be mechanically maintained along busy circulation routes. Long rolls help organize continuous runs through gowning approaches and clinical corridors. Repeated turning, trolley parking and equipment movement should be considered separately when planning protective measures and maintenance access.

Key Features

Traffic-oriented material selection

The compact body suits persistent rolling movement without relying on a soft acoustic backing, keeping the selection focused on circulation and equipment access.

Renewable appearance

Mechanical surface restoration offers a maintenance route for traffic marks. Use the correct pads and procedure so the finished floor remains consistent along the corridor.

Longitudinal planning

Approximately 25 m roll lengths support long runs; seam positioning can follow corridor geometry while avoiding unnecessary cross joints at busy turns and junctions.

Applications

Use along hospital controlled-area routes, clean production corridors and gowning approaches where floor maintenance must coexist with regular movement. Select suitable wheel types and distribute stationary equipment loads. A traffic-oriented vinyl finish does not remove the need to manage grit carried through doors or wheels crossing from service areas.

Solutions for Your Application

Visible trolley tracks develop before the underlying floor is worn out.

Include periodic mechanical restoration in the maintenance plan and treat heavily used turning locations before marks accumulate.

Cross joints occur at every doorway along a corridor.

Plan the sheet lengths around the main circulation direction and use threshold detailing only where construction or movement requires a break.

Available Options

Specify available colours, welding rod and wall upstands. Coordinate the compact sheet with protective entrance measures and a restoration schedule based on the actual wheel traffic and cleaning equipment.
