Product Introduction

This ultra-clean module replaces the HEPA final stage with a U15 ULPA filter for microelectronics and precision optics applications. The aluminium housing remains room-side serviceable, and fan speed can be adjusted from 50% to 100%. Its defining difference is the U15 particle-control duty rather than a cosmetic housing change.
