Product Introduction

This 2 x 3 ft stainless fan filter unit extends the ULPA face beyond the compact square model while remaining narrower than the 2 x 4 ft configuration. It uses top-side filter access, positive-pressure supply and the cited family arrangement of a non-sparking motor in a cast-iron explosion-proof housing. The intermediate footprint is suited to classified process lanes where ceiling width is constrained but a longer clean-air zone is required.
