Product Introduction

This four-row DX core has a published 8.5 in casing depth and uses copper tubing for halocarbon refrigerant service. Counterflow circuiting maintains an appropriate superheat path toward the suction header and expansion-valve control. Its shallow construction fits compact air handlers and favors lower air resistance, while the recommended 400-600 fpm face velocity must be reduced where condensate carryover risk controls the design.

Key Features

Compact DX section

Four rows minimize cabinet depth for packaged or space-constrained cleanroom units.

Counterflow refrigerant path

Circuit arrangement supports controlled evaporator loading and stable outlet superheat.

Copper halocarbon tubing

The core uses a conventional refrigerant-compatible tube material for selected DX systems.

Applications

For compact cleanroom DX air handlers, precision cooling units and moderate latent-load ventilation systems.

Solutions for Your Application

Liquid refrigerant leaves the four-row coil during low airflow or rapid load changes.Use correct counterflow circuiting, expansion-valve control and verified outlet superheat across the operating range.
Face velocity carries condensate beyond the drain pan.Keep wet-coil velocity within the selected limit and provide an eliminator when geometry or duty requires it.

Available Options

Confirm refrigerant, capacity, suction temperature, face size, circuits, distributor, fin spacing, casing, coating and drain pan.
