Product Introduction

This 148 mm-diameter, 240 mm-long cartridge is the compact choice for equipment with limited service depth. A sixteen-cartridge frame is rated around 1250 m3/h, while the 60-100 Pa resistance range varies with the selected media. The same cylinder format can carry blends directed at VOCs, acids, bases, sulfur compounds or mixed gas, so its identity is defined by both the physical size and the documented media charge.

The shortest cartridge lacks enough chemical capacity for a concentrated process stream.Calculate required adsorbent mass and move to a longer cylinder or a larger parallel bank where the 240 mm charge is insufficient.

A cartridge filled for one gas is reused after the contaminant profile changes.Label the selected media chemistry and reassess the fill whenever process chemicals, outdoor-air source or humidity changes.
