Product Introduction

This 600 x 600 x 50 mm model is the high-flow member of the panel group, rated 720 m3/h at a substantially higher 165 Pa starting resistance. The full square face and deeper loose-fill bed suit industrial or clean-support AHUs that need more molecular treatment per opening. Fan reserve should be checked carefully, and the larger media volume should not be mistaken for universal suitability against every gas.

Intended for full-module industrial AHUs and cleanroom support ventilation with higher airflow and moderate-to-high odor or gas loading. Prefiltration, correct adsorbent choice and a gas-breakthrough maintenance plan are essential to useful operation.

Solutions for Your Application

The full-square carbon upgrade exceeds the fan's available static pressure.Include the 165 Pa clean drop at 720 m3/h in the fan check and reduce per-panel flow or add bank area if necessary.

A large carbon volume is assumed to control a gas for which the media has poor affinity.Identify contaminant species, concentration, humidity and temperature before selecting standard or impregnated adsorbent.
