Automated docking sequence
Pneumatic movement supports repeatable connection and valve operation within an integrated control sequence.
The DN250 model combines the largest retained bore with pneumatic docking and actuation. It is designed for fixed process lines where transfer throughput and automation take priority over portable handling, with cleaning arrangements configurable for wash-in-place, clean-in-place or component removal.
Pneumatic movement supports repeatable connection and valve operation within an integrated control sequence.
The DN250 flow path suits high-volume IBC and process-machine discharge duties.
An extraction-assisted configuration is available where the standard containment class does not meet the process objective.
