The capless system uses a three-component epoxy mortar with graded aggregate and a formulation suited to vertical placement. A 3-6 mm body is worked around walls, curbs or machine bases, with a prepared termination anchoring the upper edge. Its value lies in the detailing flexibility: the installer can continue the resin around shapes that would be awkward to finish using straight prefabricated cove sections.

Use for resin-floor details around process equipment, low retaining curbs and complex internal perimeters. A capless finish depends on a sound termination: loose paint or a weak wall layer should not be left to carry the edge of the new mortar.
Prepare a suitable capless termination and shape the resin edge to meet the stable adjoining surface.
Use the vertical-grade formulation and place the material within its supported thickness range.
Discuss the curb shape, cove height, finished color and top-edge arrangement. Choose a compatible sealer for the cleaning exposure, and include access restrictions around equipment so that the detail can be formed continuously.
