상품 소개

The 260 C model uses a conventional deep-pleat glass-fiber pack separated by corrugated aluminum, enclosed in a 304 stainless steel frame. High-temperature silicone sealant and a silicone sponge gasket complete the hot-side assembly. It is intended for cool zones of depyrogenation tunnels and pharmaceutical ovens where 120 C construction is insufficient but 350 C ceramic hardware is unnecessary.

Applications

Specified for cool zones of depyrogenation tunnels, pharmaceutical ovens and clean hot-air systems with continuous temperatures up to 260 C. Startup and cooldown procedures should limit thermal shock, and the filter must be installed only where its entire frame and seal system remain within the rated envelope.

Solutions for Your Application

A 120 C compact filter cannot tolerate the normal oven-zone temperature.The 304 stainless separator assembly and silicone components extend continuous service to 260 C.

Rapid heating creates differential expansion and leakage at the perimeter.Use a controlled temperature ramp and provide a housing clamp that maintains even pressure on the silicone sponge gasket.
