Solvent-oriented materials
The stainless enclosure and selected wetted components are specified around the solvent list rather than acid-service assumptions.
This station replaces the acid bench's polypropylene body with 304 stainless construction suited to the selected solvent process. Dedicated extraction, emergency power-off logic and provision for nitrogen purge address solvent-vapor management, while the six-foot deck leaves room for cleaning baths, drainboards and a drying position in one operator-controlled sequence.

An exhaust monitor can stop powered functions when the required ventilation condition is lost.
An explosion-protected configuration is available when the solvent hazard classification and site design require it.
